In 2018 Vault City set out to challenge perceptions of what beer could be. Almost 500 unique recipes later they’ve packed them with mountains of fruit, chocolate, spices, marshmallow fluff and everything in between.
To celebrate eight years of pushing boundaries, they’ve revisited the Vault City archives and reimagined eight beers from 2018 to 2025, each with a brand-new twist.
Back once again (and free of 2024’s legal troubles), their chocolate caterpillar cake imperial stout has been battered and triple deep fried specially for their 8th birthday.
Expect layers of rich decadence from chocolate malt, drenched in cholaca and cocoa powder. Sweet, intense, and unapologetically excessive, it begs the question: is anything safe from Scottish chippies… or breweries?
