Brandy – Chardonnay – Vintage 2021 – French Oaked – grapes from Breaky Bottom
This brandy has used the grapes from Peter Hall’s Breaky Bottom vineyard near Rodmell on the South Downs Way: and this Cuvee is named after his mother Jeannine Mercier.
This brandy has a nose of Sandalwood and vanilla with a rich and complex palate of crème brule, almond, sultanas, oak and vanilla.
One to savour by the fire or as an after dinner digestive.
