Preserved Blood Orange, Volcan Blanco Tequila, Blood Orange Salt
Probably Little Mercies’ guests favourite drink, and certainly up there for all of us.
Made with salt preserved blood oranges that sit for a minimum of 3 months until they are soft. Once they have preserved, the fruit is strained from the liquid that the salt draws out, and blended to a puree before distilling with Volcan Tequila. Fresh Volcan Tequila is then added to this crystal clear orange tequila, along with sugar, citric acid and clarified blood orange salt.
These extremely cute 100ml glass bottles are single serves, making them perfect for enjoying or gifting.
