Mooncross is the first of three special releases to mark our 15th birthday. The name is a nod to where it all began, and the beer is a culmination of lessons learned and recipes tweaked over the years. Mosaic and Strata bring big, bold exotic stone fruit flavours, and brewery favourite Sabro chimes in with it’s trademark coconutty finish, all rounded off by our house yeast and a frankly irresponsible amount of oats.
