Old Tom Gin, as a style, is a little sweeter than a London Dry. This is no exception, but not too sweet to put off the gin purists out there. Dry gin with added seville orange peel, a little star anise and some liquorice root at the point of distillation; then infused the gin with traditional marmalade for two weeks and brought the ABV down to 40% with hand squeezed orange juice.
