Muscadet, but not as you know it. Some of the classic notes of brightness and acidity, with a heady and textured finish. It has got a lot more going on than you would often expect from this grape. It is packed wiht quince and apricot alongside that classic Muscadet blend of zingy lemon and salty freshness.

Biodynamic, Fermented with native yeasts, unfiltered & unfined, no additional sulphites

Patrick made this wine with Romain Petiteau, a Loire native who had begun converting his family vineyards to organics and a more natural approach in the cellar. Direct press and aged in old barrels.
