Limbertwig started life as a one-off lockdown project. We had always wanted to brew a cider and our first go proved very popular! Fast forward a couple of years and after a few tweaks here and there, we’re very pleased with the result. A crisp, thirst-quenching, easy-drinking, medium sparkling session cider. Brewed using five different local apple varieties, fermented with Champagne yeast, then blended with freshly pressed Gala & Braeburn apple juice.
