This is a modern take on a traditional cider style, the Ciderkin. Made from the second pressing of apple pomace with addition of water the finished drink is a lighter style compared to other ciders.

Spontaneous fermentation in tank and bottled pet nat style there is a gentle natural fizz. All of this means that this cider is made from Egremont Russet and little else.

Hazy lemon in appearance there is kiwi, melon and citrus notes with a pithy bitterness and refreshing zing. Immensely drinkable and very very delicious.
