Gospel Green use the double fermentation ‘champagne method’ to produce a delicious and sophisticated sparkling cider. Providing the perfect alternative to champagne, prosecco and cava.

This is a very special cider comparable to a sparkling wine, with aromatics of elderflower, brioche and green apples. Crisp with light acidity and a slight earthiness coming through on the palate. A smooth and rounded finish with long lasting mousse.
