Golden caramel colour and a rich, nutty complexity. Notes of aromatic spices give way to flavours of cinnamon, fresh herbs and bitter orange. 100% agave premium tequila. The agaves are cooked in steel autocalve ovens and then crushed using mechanical shredders. The juice is then fermented for 72 hours in aerobic form. The liquid is then twice distilled through copper stills and water is added to bring the ABV down from 55 to 40 proof. The liquid is then left to rest in ex Jack Daniels barrel for 6-7 months.
