Crush is Drop Project’s take on the famed New England session style. Big flavour dialled down to a sinkable 4.6%. Brewed with a choice combination of Barley, Wheat and three types of Oats it pours a hazy pale straw colour. The mouthfeel is oily and silky and the body sweet and prominent, all rounded out with the lightest of crisp bitter finishes to get you coming back for more. All of this combined with their very own house New England yeast tees up the perfect platform to showcase this styles most important attribute; the hops. Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Azzaca all combine to deliver an explosion of orange peel, mango, melon and pine.
