Rooted in the chalkiest and steepest part of the vineyard, made from 100% Chardonnay and aged in the cellars for almost 6 years, Wiston brings a deliciously elegant and complex English sparkling wine.
An incredible balance of freshness, minerality and fullness of flavour. Layers of honey, truffle, white peach, lemon zest and notes of baked pastry. The glorious complexity leads to a brilliant, lengthy finish.
