A rich, decadent and smooth US style breakfast stout brewed with oats, coffee and cocoa. A trio of roasted malts used in the mash provide a backdrop of molasses, raisin and bitter dark chocolate. We then conditioned this beer on Cast Iron Coffee Roasters coffee beans and organic cocoa nibs after fermentation, giving vibrant aromas of roasty, freshly ground coffee and fruity notes of dried berries and currants.
