All Second Chances is a wild ferment, skin contact, no added sulphites, semi sparkling col fondo produced from Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent light strike. Chill upright to aid sediment settling prior to service. Enjoy at 6-10 degrees Celsius
Pale copper in colour with the slightest haze from secondary bottle fermentation. This semi sparkling rosé presents note of bruised apple, hay and pink peppercorn on the nose. On the
palate the apple notes are reminiscent of tarte tatin and are joined by stone fruit and
strawberry sherbert elements. Nimble, fresh and easy drinking. Pair with sunshine and friends.
About the producer:
Vindemiate make micro productions of low intervention and/or natural wines depending on your definition of natural. They use a mix of certified organic, non certified organic & thoughtful, sustainable, conventionally grown grapes from select growers, and believe that using the yeast naturally present on fruit gives a sense of place & time in a way that using lab cultivated yeasts does not, so all their primary ferments are wild.
