An abundance of citrus fruit, green apple and some stone fruits. Acidity is up there, and the finish is where you get those mineral notes. I’d guess at there being a touch of skin contact here, from the colour alone, but there is a grippy texture to this wine.

Lori Haon started farming 15 hectares in Valliguières in the Gard in 2015. He is a young winemaker who trained in Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. Lori is committed to a respectful approach to his terroirs, without the use of chemical and synthetic products or weedkiller. His wines are vinified without the use of sulfites.
