Made using the traditinal Qvevri this blend of red saperavi and white mtsvane that has an inky colour, lots of concentrated hedgerow fruits and a bright, balanced palate with a light weave of tannin. Destemmed and made with shorter qvevri macerations over five to six months, this is a (relatively) friendly introduction to Georgia’s intense red wines.
