This is pure, bright and zesty summer juice. Slight tropical hints and stone fruits with a gentle fizz and a low enough abv to keep pouring all day long.

After taking the helm, Vincent decided the fruit from 40-year-old Sémillon vines that his family used to sell for bulk Monbazillac production was destined for a more noble cause. Now the grapes are used for his excellent pet-nat. Direct pressing and fermentation on native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Finishes fermentation and ages in bottle for 5 months.

Low sulfur, Vegan, Organic

A 40-hectare estate, fully organic since 2013. The 8th generation to work at the estate; Vincent Alexis joined his father in 2010 and talked him into bottling their own wines instead of selling them for bulk blending. 25ha are white. Vincent has recently planted lots more traditional grape varieties, Sulphur is only used on bottling for the Bergecrac Blanc and the Monbazillac. Soils are clay on limestone with iron and flint in the Pecharmant vineyards.
