Grapes from 40 years old vineyard of clay and tuff bedrock located in 150 m.a.s.l.
Grapes were de-stemmed and after crushing left for 24 hours on skins. Wine was vinified in stainless steel tank (1000L) and left on lees for 8 months. Bottled with no filtration and no fining and small dose of residual sugar, which enabled secondary fermentation in the bottle and created light effervescence.
Light yellow colour, on nose are notes of white flowers, muscat aroma and taste with good portion of acidity.
