A blend of 80% Grenache with the balance being made up of Syrah and Mourvedre, this is a typically peppery red from the area. A deep purple in colour with scents of red fruits, herbs de Provence and black pepper. The palate is chewy in texture with flavours of sweet cherries and spice. The finish is lingering and fresh. The overall impression is one of rusticity.
